The terms and conditions of rental of our chauffeur-driven vehicles are specific. See below:


The company Corse VTC provides a transport service for people and goods and makes chauffeur-driven vehicles available to its customers. It is registered in the register of operators of chauffeur-driven cars under the number EVTC02A200004 and is subject to the provisions of articles L 231- 1 to L231-4 of the Tourism Code and to decree n°85-891 of 16 August 1985. Any reservation made by phone, via our website, e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram social networks, implies full acceptance of all our GTC - general terms and conditions of sale

The transport of passengers for hire or reward is a regulated activity. Only authorised vehicles, Capacitaire, VTC and Taxis, can provide this service. Any order placed implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) below. The company Corse VTC undertakes to respect them in their entirety and to make every effort to guarantee an irreproachable service to its customers.

Our prices are updated every year and are established according to a horokilometric scale, the service, the number of passengers and luggage or the price of fuel in Corsica. Any estimate previously established and in your possession will be valid until the due date indicated on it. The rate applies to direct non-stop travel from the pick-up point to the arrival point. The rates are inclusive of VAT (2.10%) except for the provision of services (VAT 20%) and are always quoted in euros. The night hours (from 7pm to 7am) are increased by 25 to 50% depending on the geographical area of the service.



Our rates include reception on arrival or assistance on departure (port & airport), transportation of the client(s), the vehicle in perfect working order, the transport mileage, 20 kg of luggage per passenger, fuel, the driver, professional insurance for the people transported, the options reserved by the client, a 24/7 telephone assistance in French or English depending on the available consultant. Rates include a 20 minute wait. Beyond that time, the waiting fees are 1 € per minute and will be paid in addition to the driver. Except in special cases where the customer has previously warned of the wait or possible delay.




Our rates do not include the amount of additional costs such as parking fees, entrance fees for attractions, leisure activities, museums, paying sites...or the cost of accommodation or meals for the driver(s), not initially included in the service.


Any service must be booked by contacting the company Corse VTC by phone, email, Whats'App, social networks Facebook or Instagram or more easily, directly on the website or mobile application via the online store, or via our contact form. The reservation must be made no earlier than 180 days and no later than 15 minutes before the start of the said service and will be effective if and only if the driver can honor it according to his geographical location. The reservation must be made by the client or by a duly authorized representative. 


All reservations must mention:
- name or company name of the company
- name and telephone number of the client
- date, time and place of the client's pick-up


The signature of the present document implies the unreserved acceptance of the general conditions of sale. For any reservation, a minimum deposit of 20% will be collected on the amount of the service. The balance of the payment will be carried out either 48 hours maximum before the date of service, or the day of the service on preliminary agreement of the company Corse VTC. 

ESHop Reservation: All reservations made on the online store will be paid in advance. Each customer who has made a reservation will receive a confirmation email containing the order summary. In case of impossibility of carrying out the service on our part, the customer will be fully refunded within 72 working hours.


When booking, the client must specify the airport/station, the date of the journey, the number of passengers, the expected time of landing and the flight number or origin. The responsibility of the company Corse VTC cannot be engaged in the event of erroneous information indicated by the Client (incomplete flight number, date error), nor in the event of erroneous information relating to the reference flight for the journey, transmitted by the Information Service of the airport concerned.


Any hour of VTC provisioning started will be invoiced in full. Complaints concerning a service or an error in the invoicing must be submitted within 8 days of the date of the service. After this period, any complaint will be definitively considered null and void.  


In case of withdrawal of the client : 

Any cancellation will have to reach us at the latest 48 hours before the said service, it is of your duty to warn the company Corse VTC in case of some problem as soon as possible.

- More than 48 hours before the date of the service, the deposit paid, as a fixed and irreducible compensation, will be fully refunded, whatever the reason for the cancellation.

- Less than 48 hours before the date of the service, the deposit paid, as a fixed and irreducible compensation will not be refunded in any case, whatever the reason for the cancellation. 

- Less than 24 hours before the date of the service, 50% of the total amount of the service booked will be due. 

- Less than 12 hours before the date of the service and last minute cancellation, the service will be due at 100% of the total amount of the service booked .

In case of withdrawal by the company Corse VTC : 

- The deposit is refunded in full.


In the case where the company Corse VTC cannot provide the vehicle foreseen in the contract, the deposit will be entirely refunded, unless the two parties agree on the provision of another vehicle. In case of unavailability to be present at the first appointment with the vehicle, the deposit will be fully refunded without recourse or compensation for the damage caused. 

In the event of a breakdown during the service which renders the vehicle unavailable and if the two parties do not agree on the provision of another vehicle, the amount of the service will be calculated on a pro rata basis of the time spent, without recourse or compensation for the damage caused. 

The vehicles, unless otherwise specified, have a capacity:

- for a standard sedan or SUV: from 3 to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children maximum with 4 pieces of luggage

- for a Large SUV: 4 adults and 2 children maximum with 4 pieces of luggage

- for a Minivan : from 4 to 8 adults maximum with 5/8 luggage 20 kgs max

For events and weddings, all decorations outside the vehicle, other than those initially provided for in the contract, are subject to our agreement. 


Corse VTC reserves the exclusive right to use for promotional purposes all the photographs taken during the services.


Any damage caused by the customer to the interior or exterior of the vehicle will be charged to the customer (door opening), unless it can be shown that it is caused by a third party. Smoking, drinking or eating on board the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Passengers must refrain from soiling or damaging the equipment. Any damage other than normal wear and tear to the vehicle caused by passengers' behaviour will be charged to them. The wearing of seat belts is compulsory both in the front and in the back, the customer will be fined at his own expense. Under no circumstances may the client demand that the driver exceeds the authorised speed limit or ask him to commit traffic offences, the driver must respect and ensure respect for the laws in force.

The company Corse VTC reserves the right to interrupt the service in progress if the client commits an offence such as
- use of narcotics
- use of electronic cigarette or cigarette

- alcohol intake

- inappropriate speech towards the driver or a person inside or outside the vehicle
- endangering the safety of the driver or others

Under no circumstances will this interruption entitle you to a refund of the service. 

The customer is obliged to be present at the time and place scheduled. Any failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the order 30 minutes after the scheduled time without refund. Any dispute will be settled by the Commercial Court of Ajaccio.


The organization of road passenger transport activities requires strong adaptations in order to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic. To reduce the risk of contamination and ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers, the wearing of a surgical mask or FFP2 is recommended in the front and back of the vehicle in case of flu symptoms. Customers are asked not to touch the handles of the vehicle and to let the driver open or close the doors. Hydroalcoholic gel is available on board.

The timetables are defined according to normal traffic conditions and the course of transport. The client is aware that unforeseen events may occur. The definition of a safety margin will make it possible to absorb these hazards, knowing that if it is exceeded, it risks upsetting the organisation of the journey, which must always guarantee compliance with the regulations on driving times and driver rest periods.

The vehicles are hired for a specific service, therefore, except in exceptional cases, we will not make any other route than the one agreed. The choice of route, unless the client has specific requirements, must be left to the transporter and will always be based on the shortest or fastest route. It is the carrier's responsibility to inform the client of this before the start of the service. The execution times are given as an indication and approximate unless the company Corse VTC makes a formal commitment. 

The service begins on the day, at the time and from the place agreed between the client and the company Corse VTC and ends once the destination is reached.


Any modification requested by the client during the course of the service will necessarily entail a supplement if, and only if, the distance or the time of the service initially planned is extended. The company Corse VTC reserves the right to refuse all modifications of itineraries if this risks compromising other clients or services already reserved at the time of the transport.


Our services are payable in advance at the time of booking or on the day of the service following prior agreement, except for "professional" clients. For companies and local authorities who have specified their invoicing details at the time of booking, payment will be made by bank transfer within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

The methods of payment accepted on the day of the service are cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or Paypal whenever possible. Advance payment is possible by bank transfer or cheque up to 72 hours before the start of the service.


The customer will be given an invoice for any payment equal or superior to 25€ and below this amount only on request. In the event of late payment, late payment interest equal to 1.5 times the legal interest rate will be applied automatically and without prior notice.


The company Corse VTC cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (blocked roads, diversions, traffic jams, weather conditions, demonstrations, immobilisation of the vehicle for various reasons, strikes, exceptional closures of certain sites, etc.), or in other cases of force majeure. 

The luggage or any other object belonging to the client is under his entire responsibility. The company Corse VTC will not be held responsible for the theft, loss or misplacement of any object, whatever it may be, which would be left in the vehicle once the service is over and therefore disclaims all responsibility. It goes without saying that any object left in the vehicle will be returned to you as soon as possible.

The company Corse VTC recognizes the obligation to take the necessary measures to preserve the safety of the occupants of the vehicle and reserves the right to refuse any person who would compromise the safety and the good conservation of the vehicle.

The company Corse VTC cannot be held responsible for any accident occurring when getting on or off the vehicle. 

The transport of animals (except guide dogs) is normally forbidden unless the Corse VTC company has been informed beforehand and has validated the authorisation. No animal will be accepted in our vehicles except in a cage provided for this purpose. The renting of a transport box is possible on prior request and according to the geographical area of the service.


The responsibility of the company Corse VTC is limited to the clauses of its insurance contract, its professional insurance "subscribed for the transport of passengers for payment" which covers in an unlimited way the passengers transported for payment on board the vehicle in the event of accident with physical injury, in accordance with the French regulation in force: article L3120.4 of the code of transport and in application of the decree of April 18, 1966 relating to the conditions of the exercise of the profession of Vehicle of Transport with Driver (VTC) or capacity.


The company Corse VTC is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers, the information collected from them will not be transmitted to third parties.


The vehicle and the driver will be provided with all the necessary documents for the smooth running of the service. The number of pieces of luggage is open within the limit of the vehicle's loading capacity, however, each piece of luggage may not exceed a maximum of 20 kilos per person transported. The latter must not present any risk of deterioration for the vehicle.


Any claim will only be accepted within 48 hours after the execution of the service, once this period has been exceeded, only the Commercial Court of Ajaccio will be competent.
