To ensure the confidentiality of your data, the CNIL reserves the right to ask you to provide proof of your identity. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. It will then be deleted. As an exception, data may be archived to manage ongoing claims and litigation, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
