Once the VTC form has been duly completed and sent, we will study your request for a chauffeur service as soon as possible. You will receive a formalized price quote within 30 minutes, if possible (or a simple offer by return e-mail). It could also be a return phone call or sms depending on the urgency of the transport. By default, each request for a VTC is considered as a quote as long as nothing has been validated!

Important: Please do not download or create an account with the Invoice Bee program or respond via email with this system.
Once we have received your signed quote, you will receive a second email containing the dematerialised invoice. A new red link will allow you to proceed to the online payment. Your VTC service is definitively confirmed once we have received a 20% deposit, or the total payment for the requested journey, except for special agreements for premium clients.
The payment of your VTC driver service in Corsica can be done in different ways:

- Credit card - AMEX (American Express) by prior arrangement
- Bank transfer 72H00 in advance
- Bank cheque 72H00 in advance

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 72H00 before the service: no charge and deposit refunded
- 24H00 before the service: 20% cancellation fee (deposit retained)
- On the day of the service: 100% of the service except in case of force majeure (death, Covid19 illness, cancellation of your flight or boat)
Your payment will be refunded by bank transfer within 4 working days and after reception of your IBAN
