COGNOCOLI EXCURSION AND GOAT MILKING
3-hour excursion package, to discover the Corsican goat herd and kids (depending on the season). Take part in milking the goats with the producer at 6:00 am. Activity lasting about 1 hour.
MILKING GOATS AND BREAKFAST AT COGNOCOLI
4-hour excursion package, including milking goats and a delicious breakfast on the farm. Breakfast includes:
- Viennoiseries (pain au chocolat, croissant) or toast
- Coffee, tea or hot chocolate
- Orange juice
- Jams, butter
MILKING GOATS AND SPUNTINU IN COGNOCOLI
Forfait excursion 4 Heures, pour une initiation à la traite des chèvres avec l’éleveur, agrémentée par un Spuntinu à l’exploitation! C’est une tradition dans l’île. Le Spuntinu, c’est le « casse croûte » ou « pique-nique » à la mode Corse! Accordez vous une bonne pause gourmande salée, au lever du soleil! Le Spuntinu est composé de:
- Local farmhouse charcuterie (Panzetta, Lonzo, Coppa, salami...)
- Farmhouse pâté
- Farmhouse cheese or Brocciu AOC
- Local wine

MILKING GOATS AND HORSEBACK RIDING IN COGNOCOLI
Two formulas available!
- 5-hour package: Milking goats followed by a pleasant ride through the Cognocoli Monticchi scrubland. A one-hour horseback ride with a qualified instructor. An ideal way for beginners to discover horse riding in Southern Corsica.
- 6-hour package: Introduction to goat milking and two-hour horseback ride. Enjoy an outing in the heart of nature and bond with your mount, while admiring the superb scenery in front of you!
